The city of Arvada is a suburb of Denver within close proximity to Denver International Airport, Downtown Denver and only minutes from Boulder and the beautiful Rocky Mountains.  It’s location is easily accessible via three major highways I-70, I-76 and I-25.  Residents of Arvada enjoy many opportunities for dining, shopping and entertainment. From modern movie theaters to the newly renovated historic district of Old Town Arvada there is plenty to satisfy everyone’s tastes.  If shopping or eating out are not your thing, Arvada offers many parks, lakes and trails that connect from Downtown Denver to the foothills, perfect for hiking, biking and afternoon picnics.

Arvada has an estimated population of 103,400 people, but despite it’s growing population, it maintains a hometown feel. Arvada has a great deal of community pride and does a great job of combining a comfortable modern life style while still keeping the best of the past.  There are many diverse neighborhoods from brand new homes to older more established neighborhoods and even some old farm houses with acres of land. There is something out there to fit everyone’s needs! Arvada is the perfect location for quieter living while still being extremely convenient to the city and the rest of the metropolitan area.
